About Us
Built by People Who Live Off-Grid
Patriot Farm Solar Design was started by installers who got tired of seeing bad systems — oversized quotes, undersized batteries, and hardware that couldn't handle real-world conditions.
Background
Our Story
We started Patriot Farm Solar Design because we kept running into the same problem: customers who had been sold systems that didn't work. Panels that weren't sized for their actual usage. Batteries that died in two seasons. Inverters that couldn't handle the load. We knew we could do better.
Our founders came up through the trades — electrical, marine, and agricultural work across the Southeast. We've wired barns, rigged sailboats, and built out more RVs than we can count. That hands-on background is what separates our designs from a spec sheet someone pulled off the internet.
Every system we design starts with a real conversation about how you actually use power — not a generic calculator. We size for your worst-case days, not your best. And we install everything ourselves, so we stand behind every connection.

Our Approach
Why Patriot Farm Solar
Honest Sizing
We'll tell you what you actually need — even if it's less than you thought. No upselling, no padding.
Real-World Design
Our systems are built for how you live, not how a spec sheet assumes you live.
We Do the Work
No subcontractors. The team you talk to is the team that shows up.
We Stand Behind It
If something isn't right after the install, we come back and fix it. Full stop.
